I'm the founder of PeopleBloom Collective — and by day, a Global HR Business Partner working across North America, Europe, and Asia. I hold a Master's in Human Resource Management, but the real education came from a career spent watching talented people — myself included — wait to feel "ready" before trusting their own brilliance.

That lived experience is where Bloom Beyond comes from: practical, people-first thought leadership for leaders who are done waiting.
